IT resources as you need them

Network Pro is also a Nortel Npower support partner. We employ a team of experienced and qualified computer network and IT engineers, who will solve your problems in an expert and timely manner.

Network Pro can meet your immediate IT needs and handle them on an on-going basis. We can tackle your computer problems over the phone, direct dial into your network or fix them on the spot at your site. We can help with day-to-day services – if you don't have your own in-house expert – or with overflow and specialist services should your IT department need additional support.

Customer scheduled site visits Pro Care Service Agreements

Network Pro can get your network running at peak performance and keep it that way with our scheduled site visits. The program is designed to minimize the risk that your computer systems will negatively affect the day-to-day running of your business.

Upon taking out an annual agreement, Network Pro will assign you a primary engineer and account manager who together will develop an intimate understanding of your processes, computer systems, and previous problems and how they were resolved.

The engineer will typically visit your site on a regular basis (e.g. once a fortnight for 3 hours), resolving any IT issues. Pro Care clients are provided with updated system documentation and a relevant Pro Care report on a monthly basis.

To become familiar with your systems, Network Pro will generally undertake a Network Health Review and give you a written report on how to rectify current and potential problem areas, allowing you to make informed IT decisions.
